We Can Help You Apply
for Eligible Grants

Government, education, corporations and foundations often offer grants.

GRANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

AVAILABLE FOR NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY.

We’re happy to support organizations in identifying and applying for relevant grant opportunities to help fund sensory spaces. This process often involves research, documentation support, and application guidance tailored to your specific environment.

How it works:

To ensure we can dedicate the appropriate time and expertise to your project, we offer a structured Grant Assistance Program:

  • $1,000 Grant Assistance Deposit (applied to your project)
This deposit allows our team to begin researching applicable funding opportunities and assisting with your application process.
  • Fully credited toward your sensory project
If you proceed with a sensory equipment purchase, the full $1,000 is applied directly to your order.
  • Shared-risk approach
If funding is not secured, we refund 50% of the deposit, reflecting the time invested in research and application support.

Step 1: Deposit & Project Details

Access and submit the short Sensory Projects Questionnaire along with your deposit. Once received we will contact you to discuss your project in greater detail.

Step 2: Application

We will work to find the appropriate grant(s) and assist you in completing the application. Our expert recommendations are aligned with your space, goals, population, and budget.

Step 3: Funding

Receive funding and purchase your SensoryOne equipment!

Benefits of Our Assistance

Grants can pay for or subsidize your sensory room equipment. That means you can put funds to work for more equipment or other care priorities for your center. As your chosen vendor, our support is at no cost. That saves your team time and money.  Most importantly, together we will benefit your client population and community.

Let’s Create Together

Whether you’re a school looking to better support students, a long-term care facility wanting to enhance quality of life for residents, or an organization exploring ways to make your spaces more inclusive — SensoryOne is here to help.

If you’re ready to start planning your sensory environment or applying for funding, the SensoryOne team can guide you every step of the way — from grant support to design and installation.
